3. Briefs, Proposals, and Client Information

Users may enter client briefs, proposal content, client names, project details, pricing details, and other business information. Proposal links may contain information you choose to include, so avoid adding sensitive information unless it is necessary for the proposal.

4. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Briefwin does not store full card details. We may store Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and payment status identifiers needed to manage billing and account access.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Briefwin may use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, analytics, and payment-related flows. The app includes Google Analytics where configured, which helps us understand general usage patterns and improve the product.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers for hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and AI or content generation. AI and content generation providers may process brief and proposal information to generate proposal drafts. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services to Briefwin.

7. Data Retention

We keep account, billing, brief, and proposal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational needs, resolve disputes, maintain security, and satisfy legal or accounting requirements.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and only share proposal links with intended recipients.

9. Your Rights

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information. Some requests may depend on your location, account status, and legal, billing, security, and operational retention needs.

10. International Users

Briefwin may process information in countries other than where you live. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed by service providers in other locations.
